PSUK Championships, Wavertree, Liverpool - April 2010
The annual championship was held for the third year running on a league basis, with some very close and exciting games once again being contested.
On paper the three teams contesting the podium places would be last year’s winners Metropolitan, West Midlands who have been undefeated for three years and lost last year on goal difference, and North West who have won the championship many times in recent years. However a fast improving South West side and a strong Nomads side (who don’t count in the league) ensured the competition wouldn’t be quite so straight forward.

Triangular Tournament, HMS Collingwood, Fareham - July 2009
With the Civil Service team having withdrawn at the last minute, the Police had no warmup game prior to playing the Combined Services, and having not played together since March, the result was telling.

Willie Mellors Tournament, Garrison Barracks, Aldershot - March 2009
This event took place at the Garrison Barracks Sports Centre, Aldershot with the teams competing being the British Police, the Combined Services Sports Association (CSSA), South Derbyshire and Scotland.

13-dags Cupen, Jarfalla, Sweden - 2nd-4th January 2009
On Friday 2nd January the British Police returned to this high quality tournament held 15 miles north of the Swedish capital Stockholm, hoping to make amends for last year’s 21 player social trip to the same event, which saw the police lose all 4 matches.

Triangular Tournament, Aldershot - July 2008
This annual tournament against old foes CAS and the Civil Service took place at the superb 50 metre facility at Aldershot Barracks. With the Police struggling to pull out a good first half performance against CAS for some time, a different approach to team selection was tested.
