Ralphy was a member of the PSUK Water Polo Team for a number of years and a member of victorious team that became World Champions at the World Police and Fire Games in Stockholm in 1999.
 

Several years ago, Ralphy was hit by illness, but despite being unable to play polo he accompanied the North West team and the PSUK team on almost every trip, including his last with the PSUK team to Stockholm in 2008.

On Boxing Day 2009, Ralphy passed away following a long battle with Cancer.

This year's PSUK Invitational Water Polo Tournament will be held in memory of Ralphy at his home pool in Radcliffe, Manchester.  All are invited and we would like to celebrate Ralphy's life in style with a big send off whilst at the same time raising cash for Cancer Research.

There will be food laid on afterwards, and anyone who remembers Ralphy would be more than welcome to attend, whether it be to play polo (we will find you a team), socialise, or both.  However please let us know in advance as we need to know numbers both for catering and for teams etc.

The tournament runs from 12.30pm on Saturday 29th May 2010.
